Run to the Sun in ’21

Billed as the fasting growing car show on the East Coast, the annual Myrtle Beach, “Run to the Sun” has become a much anticipated season opener for the hobby. It was time to open garage doors and get those fun rides out of hibernation for another cruise down memory lane.
Now in its 32nd year, the 2021 show had 3,000 registered participants, showcasing everything from lead sleds, to rat rods, to muscle cars, and a whole lot more. There was even a 1933 Hupmobile, German micro cars, and a load of tricked-out trucks, including a Peterbuilt tractor.

A 1964 Ford Fairlane Wagon won Best of Show Car at the Myrtle Beach “Run to the Sun” Car Show.
Best of Show, Truck
A 1952 Chevy Truck, owned by Rodney Norton of Lumberton, NC won Best Truck at the Myrtle Beach “Run to the Sun” Car Show.
