The NASCAR guys are not at the Charlotte Motor Speedway this weekend, but you wouldn't know it by the number of people converging on the track. What everyone is coming to see, is the 2014 Fall Charlotte AutoFair. This combination swap meet, manufacturer's midway, car corral, car show has loads of activities for the entire family, making it a natural outing that everyone can enjoy. You can walk the infield in search of that final part to complete your Camraro project, or you can get out on the track, where rows of classic cars await their new owner. There's no need to pack a lunch, since carnival food is available in abundance. I saw several people enjoying the deep fried dough (fries), covered with powdered sugar. We took a lap around the track and checked out the special display of exotic cars as well as special 50th anniverary display of GTOs. Here are some of the sights at this year's Autofair.
