National Street Rod Association Nationals Louisville 2019
The National Street Rod Association celebrated its 50th Anniversary at the Kentucky Exposition Center August 1 – 4. Over 12,000 classic vehicles of all descriptions rolled into Derby Town USA for this 4-day extravaganza. Activities included the spectacular Builders Showcase, the much-anticipated drawing for not one, but two giveaway cars, the Winners Circle awards presentation for the best cars at the Nationals in Louisville, and a huge vendor display offering a diverse selection of aftermarket products. And, of course, there were acres of colorful and uniquely customized vehicles on display throughout the grounds of the Expo complex.

2019 NSRA Pros’ Pick of the Year
The 2019 Pros’ Pick of the Year was awarded to Gary Corkell of One Off Rod & Customs for their 1932 Ford Phantom, named “All-In.” See our interview with Gary when the car was displayed at the Grand National Roadster Show.
2019 Builder of the Year Award
Pinkees Rod Shop, builder of this 1936 Ford Roadster, won the 2019 Builder of the Year award. “3 Penny,” named by its owner, George Poteet, also won “America’s Most Beautiful Roadster” at the 2019 Grand National Roadster show.
