This year marked the 30th anniversary of the Mecum Spring Classic in Indianapolis, and what a show it was. Over five days, Mecum ran more than 2000 muscle cars, hot rods, resto mods, sports cars and other 4-wheeled fun machines across its auction block, and as usual the offerings were impressive. We could tell right away that the Mecum team had cooked up something special, as we walked through a curtain of smoke at the entrance of the venue (as seen above) .
