Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance 2025
Perhaps the best keep secret in the auto world is the annual Greenbrier Concours d’Elegance held at the historic Greenbrier Resort in White Sulphur Springs, WV. Set against the backdrop of the grand hotel and surrounding West Virginia mountains it is an ideal location for vintage automobiles. Driving up the horseshoe boulevard is like stepping back in time when Packard’s, Pierce Arrows, and adventuresome European sports cars were the choice of the rich and famous.
Now in its 8th year, the 2025 Concours hosted 80 special vehicles, ranging from a 1908 Mitchell Runabout to a 1994 Bentley Continental R. There were grand touring cars, muscle cars, colorful cars from the ’50s, movie cars including the wild Chitty Chitty Bang Bang flying car, a rare road-going Ford GT40 and an unlikely fancy Rambler halo car. All were in competition for class awards and specialty awards, and ultimately the climax of the show, the selection of Best in Show.
This year’s event was graciously sponsored by Ferrari of Washington, allowing free entry to all spectators.
